You can now view statistics about
  • who clicked on what link in the bulk emails
  • who unsubscribed
  • who read the email
  • who read the email more than once
The time, name and phone number is included in the reports, so you can easily follow up on those customers with a phone call.

Acuracy

The statistics relating to email reads are acurate for those people included in the list, however, non readers are not acurate. There might be more readers who we could not detect.
